My teenage son and I recently began working with Monica to learn mindfulness. Each week, I am more and more impressed by Monica’s depth of knowledge and her ability to share it in a way that is meaningful to both of us. She guides us through each session with grace and professionalism. After only 4 weeks, I am already more easily able to manage the never-ending daily drip of stressors and irritations, my focus at work has improved, and I feel happier.
Thanks to Monica, I am spending more time actually living my life and less time worrying about it.
